Pici w/ Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
head of garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
zest from 1 lemon
black pepper to taste
200g flour
90g water
splash of olive oil
Directions:
Roast garlic in tinfoil for 30-40 minutes at 350°F.
Once done, smash the garlic and combine it in a pan with cream, lemon zest, and black pepper.
To make the pici, combine flour, water, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
Let dough rest for 1 hr.
Roll out the dough into thin strips and cook in salted water.
Toss in the sauce and plate up. Enjoy!
